I havent been diagnosed im going to my primary health care doctor soon but here are things that i have noticed. Shortness of breath, waking up with a dry throat, headaches in the morning, chin to philtrum ratio is similar and i day sleep. If you look my chin is ruffly the same length as my philtrum
