How much is my eye area descending me?

grow eyelashes
wear contacts
fix diet if you havent already and look into fat graft

its not that bad , just learn to somewhat control using ur eyebrows

theyre right when they say it's your biggest flaw, but it's mostly your interocular distance thats descending you. your eyes look pretty far apart, and you have negative canthal tilt

Feel like it helps with harmony a bit, I could shape them differently though

Try obicularis oculi training, i find it makes a good difference.

i mean bro ur eyes arent bad your scleras just show because u lack infra orbitals u can just fat graft or fraud but it shouldnt be a huge disadvantage for your smv you look good bro
