How much it would take for me to down 10 fat percantage

Hi im 1.91 and in american fat measuremnt im in %27 fat percantage how much time it would take the down %10 fat percantage everybody says at least 1 year when i was %15 i was down to %9 fat percantage in 1 months how much it would take with a good diet
 
If you starve yourself (fasting) You can do it in 30 days but make sure you have muscle otherwise you'll just look stick skinny and no one wants that. Also if a 30 day fast is too intense calorie deficit (1000 calories MAX) for 2 months and boom.

I just want to look like jon kortajarenas body no fat not much muscles im plannig to go 7 fat percantage actually but 10 fat percantage is Fırst dream

Yeah, I know what look you're going for but tbh it won't look right unless you have some muscle cause you have to understand if you want this to look like this fast you're going to end up losing a decent chunk of muscle mass on a deficit. You need some muscle, at least half of your "noob gains" need to be unlocked. But congrats on not being a retard and bulking to end up looking like some fatass who only looks halfway decent when their shirt is off. You need a ton of protein as well. Limit your carbs if you're doing the 2-month deficit.

Depends on the deficit.

I'd say it would take no more than 6 months with consistent dieting and weight training.

Im going everywhere walkong and doing kickbox and going to gym too 6 months is too much i should do it before september

I'd say 6-8 months depending. Because fat loss genetics etc. Ur on a good path kick boxing and gym are good habits. Keep it up check some high quality threads to stay motivated

If you aren't counting calories you're basically wasting your time.

You need to resistence train and make up the deficit through dieting and activity like walking/kickboxing. Not sure what you're doing in the gym but lifting weights is the most important part.

Again, it depends on the deficit. The larger the deficit, the faster it will happen, but at the cost of more muscle which is obviously bad.

Dieting is a marathon not a sprint, the sooner you realize that the more chance you have of success. GL
