How much K2 to take daily for bone gains?

I'm currently supplementing 27500 mcg K2 MK4 daily with 2000 UI D3 should I be taking more?

No amount past having sufficient levels will do anything

You need around 10 000 iu of vit D.
And take a vit K supplement with every form in it.
