How much location change your rating

I live in Brazil and generally i have never been called ugly my whole life and genuely have positive reactions from girls but when i go here i get rated low mtn that as far as i know is below average or average idk. Is the above average in Brazil lowmtn in the US or Europe? ( my face below)
