How much longer should i wait before i could consider taking test

I just turned 17, i have some chin hair growing and a little moustache but theyre not really visible its like velus hair soft and just some of them are like hard and colored not all, my moustache is like very thing to almost non noticeable, im 5‘10 with decent physique. If i dont get a growth spurt and some more facial hair by summer-end of summer, should i consider taking test cuz maybe its like low
