dont start dosing stuff randomly jfl.
do this:
- get a blood test measuring A1c rn
- measure your blood glucose level when you wake up in the morning, and then 2 hours after eating for 3 days
then after taking mk for 2 week repeat the above.
if nothings abnormal dont take metformin.
Everything has side effects. you dont want to put stuff into your body you dont need to.
also metformin decrease IGF1
