How much minoxidil should I use?

I got the minox foam and I've heard I should use only 1 ml but I don't have a dropper? If I fill the bottle cap would that mean it's 1 ml? Cuz imo the cap seems way more than that..

in morning for beard and in evening for hair, using it just once a day for hair is as good as twice a day anyways
