So mk677 works best when used long term. Like all year….. I know it sounds crazy but the optimal effects happen ONLY when used long term. It takes time for bones,muscle ext… to grow. If you blast 30mg for a month shit will happen. But if you take low dose 10-15mg for 12+ weeks you will get the full effects

I take mk677 and tbh the gh would not be enough to cause a significant bone change cjc would be a better less riskier option i personally take both but i have my own reasons.
