used for 1.5 month now, been decompressing spine on and off so that makes it fluctuate but it seems ive gained 1/3-1/2 an inch so it might as well be a rounding error, oh and my shoe size definetley got slightly bigger so its probably working and i might see some actual results in 2-3 momth

another poster mentioned gaining about a cm in two month as well but he used other things in combonation
