I want to save at least 20k / year if im being honest

Seems like a heavily optimistic and unreachable goal but you never know. 20k saved per year - 100k in 5 years. Good enough to down payment a house, or buy a house abroad in Asia or Europe

Im not really into early retirement

Tbh I feel like Ill be bored as fuck into retirement. What else is there to do
I like being purpose driven. "Lifes too short have fun' idk what the fuck that means. THeres not a lot you can do in retirement that will allow you to blow away all your money vacationing every single month
