That’s exactly what my boss at my previous location was. He’s in his 50s and at maybe $125-$150k but that’s as a boss with a heavy workload. This is in the trades and I can promise that looks as in face and pheno do not matter whatsoever, height and frame can get you respect, but you still have to put the work in, no shortcuts even for Chads.
