Easily a few million a year for most of them. Assuming an average of 1 surgery every 3 days, a conservative estimate in my opinion. Further let us say the base cost per surgery is 20k USD - then 121 x 20,000 = 2 420 000. Obviously there are staff, location, cost of equipment.

However this is not including consultations which is like 300 euro per consultation and they can probably do a few per day.

In my country every surgeon puts his clients to sign a document that in case if something bad happens, they aren't responsible for this, so you can't sue them.
