Agreed, but the people who actually are legit on this forum can be counted on my finger and toes, and the people who are new and want to learn like me two years ago would never become a good productive member without finding it and learning it on my own

I don’t see any way of monetising this place. Surgery doesn’t exactly work by affiliate marketing links. Everything else we do is cope levels of money.
