Im in the gym like 4 years ago tbh but i dont really train seriously and my diet is completely shit i dont count protein or anything tbh not even kcals nothing and my sleeping is shit too i dont take any supplements
If i train properly focus on diet and exercise how much muscle can i realistically build in a good 1 year i need 20kg pure muscle atleast
