I only sleep around 8 hours a day

But o heard during puberty u should be sleeping at least 10-12 hours.

How fucked am I? Am I losing a lot of gh testosterone and getting a hormonal imbalance.

Speaking of which what’s the ideal amount of sleep. Not under sleeping nor over sleeping

Everyone has their normal usually between (sounds comical but I mean it) 8 and 10
If 8 doesn't yield enough for you sleep more

9hours is good enough u can say ideally 9hours 30mins cause it takes 30mins to sleep, sleep cycles are 90minutes each , so try to complete full cycles 7.5hr 9hr 10.5hr , for eg , 9hr is the most doable

You're not losing a lot of test, 8-9 is the sweet spot for test and you can't really lose out on the night gh unless you sleep for 5 and less

I don’t do roids I can’t sleep,I use weed sometimes to sleep but that makes u retarded prob if u use it every night/week

also make sure to sleep by 10pm atleast gh production is peaked at 11pm-2am
Really I made another thread where I asked people of circadian Rhythm even matters. And they said it doesn’t matter as long as the sleep is good and deep sleep is uninterrupted

Cause I stay up all night but I sleeep during morning till noon

it doesnt matter IF u sleep and wakeup at the sametime , then ur bodys internal clock will fix , but if ur sleeping time is inconsistent then gh will be inconsistent too
