How much of a change in midface and nose height are achievable with rotation?

In a bimax with downgraft,

is the change in midface length driven mainly by philtrum length change?

Or is there noticeable change in nose height too?

Also, how much does ccw rotation of mandible during bimax affect the ramus and lower third height? Is jaw angle implants the only way to increase posterior height of the jaw?

A while ago i was reasrchng this. Its like a thing but for ur mandible and everyday u turn a srew and it expands the mandible. They do it on maxillas too both ways( pallate size or forwatd growth of maxilla) i was thinking of getting on butvwe will see after my dj surgery wich i hopefully get soon

How would palate expander make lower third taller?

Pretty much im looking for a way to make midface longer and make lower third taller (especially ramus) without downgrown look

Maybe jaw implants in addition to bimax advancement would be needed
