How much of a difference can lighting make in general

Always wondered how big of a difference there’s between someone in good lighting and bad lighting.

Here’s Lucas bergvall.

This is him in good lighting

And this is the same exact guy in normal lighting I’m assuming

In terms of angularity and overall objective rating how much a difference is there.
