I´m 178cm or 5´10 and I just turned 16. My mom is 176cm and my dad is 187cm. I know my growth plates are open because I grew 1,6 cm in the last month. But how big of a difference will a stack like this make for me, and will it even be worth it because its costful and it can fuck you up.

The stack:
Mk677
250 mcg of CJC-1295 with DAC
2.5 mg of Letrozole

I know this is probably a shitty stack, so give me some recommendations.

My goal is to get to 190cm.

it's possible but not 1.90m but you need ai + hgh for height gains. I mean your mom is very tall and your dad you should be 1.95 easily imp

It will just fuck you up. Height is all genetics, at most you can achieve the full potential.
My grandfather was 6 feet 2 and grew up in a rural village in the mountains

why do you say that as if growing up in a rural village would make you shorter?

I think he should be about 188-190 with those parents heights

Growing up poor in a rural village in the middle of nowhere with only bread and some meat occasionally doesnt help with height. Im saying height is first of all genetic them diet

I agree, but how do you know that the village he grew up in didn't keep its own animals and they actually had a decent diet?

Farmers used to be poor but they often had access to a lot of milk, cheese and some meat

I do not know what his diet exactly was, I imagine whole foods like the one you mentioned, but the farmer work and lifestyle wouldn’t be too good for development at a young age.
