How much of a failo is it being tall but not weighing much? (6'2, 20, barefoot 68kg)

I have a decent frame, but probably need to put on another 7kg / 15 lbs for height to really be a halo, how much of a failo is this
 
idk but it would not be hard at all to gain 15 lbs
