I voted 1.5, but that's only if they are very well executed.

If it's not a really great tattoo work, the boost is small.

1. Depends on the tattoo, how it looks, its size, location. If something is wrong - you will lose some points.
2. Otherwise it would boost your SMV a little bit, but at the same time will place you into a niche, so overall SMV would stay the same.

Depends on your pheno if you look like the typical RTT slayer it would be a boost, would be a failo for high class guys and prettyboys.
Also it mainly works well only on low class sluts.
IMO get it only if you actually want the tats, not for the potential smv.
