Tretinoin (Retin-A) is perfectly fine for men and doesn't mess with the hormones at all, you aren't going to grow a fat set of titties using it, it's topical:

sometimes I feel people lie and say you're skin is bad as an excuse to not date you. Although skin health and how it looks correlate with hormone balance and overall health....
