Not really ambitious 25% is fat as hell and 12% is solidly leanvery ambitious but its possible just don't rush it or you will have loose skin and it will look bad

I used to be like 300lbs or something, so I lost most of my fat and muscle, thankfully I don't have any loose skin or stretch marks tho but thats why like I have a high bf even tho my weight for my height is good in theorylol we are both 25 percent body fat same stats but I’m way shorter.
