RECOMP help please

im like 6'4ish 150lbs 25% bf, how long would it take me to get to 12% bf with doing body recomp, I could just cut down to 12% but like ill be 125lbs or sum but thats like anorexic, so ima recomp but does anyone know how long it'll take assuming im doing everything optimally? any help id appreciate a lot

The thing is you wont do everything optimally. But you can do it in a few months if youre consistent
