how much of an increase in facial width can zso give you

My bz width is pretty narrow, so for the first time i thought about getting zygos implants, however it wont give me enough width without making me look like this

ZSO with zygos implants is my last hope

Im planning to have 6mm zygos implants on each side, so my question is how much of an increase in facial width can ZSO give me?
