PE stretches apart the dick tissue but doesn’t add new tissue, so PE makes erectile tissue less dense and thus erections softer.

If one’s dick is 5 inches BP, what’s the ideal amount of lengthening to do? The optimal tradeoff between erection firmness and penile length.

I read some PE stuff and its more autistic than looksmaxxing, I genuinely don't know if it even works because the people doing it are usually crazy mfs. Like I've seen people on reddit say the built a sleeve for the dick to tie to their ankle and wear it all day every day to stretch their dick for PE. I think the most realistic way to PE is use hormones if you are young enough for it to work, you will probably build actual tissue and not just injure your dick which makes it slightly longer

Working out isn't permanent gains either (although for me I keep most) however PE isn't like working out, it's some weird voodo magic stuff that probably damages your dick

Thats why I think the gains are from damage/inflammation because if it goes away when you stop it's kind of like training a muscle every day with high volume and it gets swollen but once you stop you don't keep those "gains"

there's no real limit to how much you can gain. pe works using the same principle as stretching earlobes. the reason why most people don't gain much is because they give up either because it takes too much effort (the gains are slow to begin with and they slow down (but don't stop completely) as time goes on) or because they've gained enough that they focus to improving another aspect of themselves because further gains would be aesthetic rather than functional

Your tunica is thick, collagenous connective tissue (which also has elastin), but more vascularized and malleable. Your corpora is filled with highly vascularized smooth muscle. You can stretch these tissues over time and cause cellular division and growth and there is theoretical and practical evidence of PE working. The problem is the risk and the individual response. Some people fuck up their dick doing it even a single time. Some people don't gain very much. Some people never get injured and gain huge amounts of both size and erectile quality.

It does give permanent results, where the fuck did you read that?
Guys I’ve spoken to on the penis exercise forum tell me that they lost their gains after a while when they stopped for 2 years. Even extenders don’t seem to give long term permanent results.

There's really no proper way to do anything because it's largely uncharted territory. It's a bunch of spergs on the internet pumping and hanging weights from their dicks. I've just started experimenting with it myself, by doing hanging. I strained my pelvic floor with it a bit and I've taken a break from it. But it works and I started to get results, especially improving my erection angle which is too high.

Hmm, you sound young. You should do hormones to get the most out of your growth if that's the case.

It's not that surprising when you consider genetic influences. How well we heal, how elastic our tissues are, how much our bodies like to scar, these are also controlled by genetics. He could have been or probably just is a genetic freak. Sort of like how there are people who have bad bodies exercising natty, but blow up on steroids because they're hyper-responders due to having sensitive androgen receptors.

Idk what is considered young on this forum but Im 20, I actually am focusing on hormones as much as I can now but I want to see if I can make some progress with more mild supps/etc things that don't shut down natural production.

I think I might be someone with very high Androgen sensitivity because after puberty began I've always been strong, muscular and lean but when I did blood tests I had low testosterone. I think that's maybe why I haven't fully developed because you need enough for DHT conversion for facial hair/penis/voice deepening, etc. Despite this my face is very masculine so I think my main problem is just DHT.

So lately I've been trying to max out testosterone and DHT and it has actually made a difference, my facial hair is growing thicker in places where I had it already and new terminal hairs are appearing. And my penis has gotten bigger also. I've made records of my voice depth to check that later on too.

Sorry for the essay response lol just thought you and maybe others might find it interesting because I do

What do you use to lower your erection angle? Mine is also far too high.

Not sure if I agree with your logic here. Getting bigger doesn't make you softer, because your body should generate enough blood/fluids for good circulation. When you gain muscle mass, it doesn't make your body softer, in the same way that a larger penis through PE presumably wouldn't.

Still wouldn't recommend PE due to the horror stories I've read, though.
