How much phenibut do you take?

I started with 2g and eventually went up to 3.5 and the effects were diminishing. Haven't taken it in a year and need to start again because alcohol is a looksmin.
How much should I take?

nah, all good.
It's pretty great. It's like being drunk in terms of confidence, but it makes your mood even better. You get a great high from it. Music sounds better too and you get super horny usually a day later. Problem is that some people experience side effects. Mine were pretty bad. Around 2 days later I would feel depressed and ugly and sometimes I couldn't even leave my bed for the whole day. Need to find a way to control that.

I don't think 3.5 is that much. Average that people take is like 2.5.
