You never had any orthodontic issues? That’s rly strange. The minute the Maxilla moves down, the teeth pretty much always become crooked. Malocclusion always means maxillary recession.

Take a ruler and measure from the tip of your central incisor to the most forward point on your nose like the photo below and report the measurement in mm. This should roughly tell you how recessed you are

It is, but don´t expect miracles. Chin will be fine, but jaw will stay more or less short. Everyone here throws a bimax at any moment, that´s not how it´s works.

But it's weird he has all teeth in no crooked teeth no sleep apnea no extractions and doesnt have long midface like this:

I have no idea my theory and understanding is that:

If you pulled teeth out, they always close the gap with bracers so your mandible is being recessed by molar width as a result.

If you have crooked as fuck teeth it has same effect as above because mandible isnt pushed forward by teeth that are crowded.

Sleep apnea is a result of set back jaws shrinking airways which is confirmed medical condition.

Yet he has none of the above and looks recessed hm

Cause he isn´t clinically recessed, probably not fat enought (fat around neck shrink airways).

This is sleep apnea recession.

I don´t know about teeth, cause I don´t have a wisdom teeth (never grow out, probably cause narrow palates and short jaws), straight teeth, no braces, still jaw set back. Mouthbreading I guess.
