how much potassium chloride should i take?

i got 300 tablets of 400mg potassium chloride, each one around £6 for a pack of 100. i took 4 today (1600mg) but im not sure if its enough

Potassium chloride can be used as lethal injections or late term abortions. It messes up your electrolytes and can cause your heart to stop beating. Please be careful!

Potassium Chloride contains 52% elemental potassium which means 400mg supplements convert to 208mg per pill.

I take 3 x 700mg potassium citrate pills a day which contains 38% elemental potassium which converts to about 798mg active potassium.

I'd say it's safe to get anywhere below 1,5g of your active potassium from pill supplements a day, provided you eat a varied diet

i eat a very clean diet filled with vegetables and some fruit, some of my staples have potassium, so im assuming 832mg elemental potassium from the pills is high enough. if around 800mg + clean diet works for you it should work for me
