How much potassium in pils should i take to debloat. Im 74kg and 176 cm tall. I also started going to the gym, and am bulking currently but want to debloat my face.

3:1 potassium to sodium ratio to slowly debloat
5:1 potassium to sodium ratio to debloat quicker albeit more side effects
so if you ate 111 mg of sodium you gotta eat 333mg or 555mg to debloat

Eat whole foods not just pills. and for a snack eat dried apricots, very good source of potassium
