How much potassium/water to debloat tell me everything

help, im 13ish % bf and need to debloat
i always thought id need rmaus lengthenin surgery on tt until i saw this mfs side prof turn from this to this
i may still have a baby ramus, but until i debloat ill never know if it might be a tad longer
i know he got bit of foward growth too but im not worried abt that as genio is only like 3k

doesnt matter the amount js make sure ur potassium intake is way higher than ur sodium intake go on low sodium if u can it took me like 5 days it can take like 3 days to a few weeks to fully debloat(base on other ppls experience and what they said)
