The dose itself doesn't cause the tolerance, it's the repeated usage of the drug. I'm pretty sure 250-500mg will be enough for most use cases, higher dosages may be needed if you have developed tolerance to the drug or simply don't feel like you're taking enough.

The easiest way not to develop tolerance is to not use it more than twice a week. The more breaks you take from it, the better. Try to not use it many days in a row, if any at all.

Tbh i dont struggle with anxiety, with that being said once i get to like 6 or 7 drinks my game improves drastically
