how often do I take it, or can I just take it once and feel the effects for the rest of the day

it lasts 6-8hrs with peak effects being around hour 1-3 after taking it

from what i have heard. Only take it min every 5 days and you feel the effects for 6hrs i think. Im not to educated on this though. All i know is its better taken with baclofen
