I eat 500g liver, 500g blueberries and like 2-3 liters of milk but sometimes i also just dont eatIm not sure how many g i eat, but ideally i eat: 300g chicken brest, bowl of greek yogurt, between 4 to 10 eggs, milk, kefir, olives, some kind of cheese, butter, some fruit. I probably forgot something, but i usually starve because of depression when I forget to eat

It was like eating blueberries + dark chocolate + HIIT and cardio while breathing mainly through your nose, i forgot the logic about it but i think it did work

I dont really eat that many carbs tbh but i do eat fruits sometimesanywhere between 175-250 daily
90% of my diet is heavy protein food (organs, meat, lean dairy) rest is carbs like potatoes and fruits.
