I currently eat a lot of beef and chicken and also dairy to have enough protein for overall growth but how much do i actually need? Atm i get 300g of protein but that also comes with eating alot of calories so i keep getting fatter. I can do the 1g per pound but then i only need around 140g but isn't 300g better.
