yea he did and he looks better if we're being honest

except for his nose, look how much filler they had to put onto his nose to create that slope, all that filler up to his nasion

His jaw and Chin are noticeably wider too.

I'd love to get a little bit of filler to add some angularity on my jaw when I get really lean, but my jaw is already very wide, so I guess it wouldn't work.

On closer inspection ,yeah I agree,his Zygos were actually decent before,post surgery they look too oval/roundish
which gives an uncanny look.

Other than that I personally think he went up like 2 whole PSL
