Dumb question. It depends on the bones under the fat. If you have good jaw, chin, cheeks, then you could literally go from subhuman to Chad.

Another point to consider is loose skin. If you are genuinely obese, then loose skin is gonna be a bitch. I honestly don't think there is any coming back from being obese because any girl that sees the loose skin when you take off your top will be instantly repulsed
