If you're gonna lift natty you cant be big and lean at the same time

if you wanna be big you gotta be a bloatlord 24/7 and if you wanna be lean you wont look impressive size wise.

Also you got heart issues nigga watch out lol.
Try SARMs first. Ostarine is great if you still need to lean down and wanna preserve muscle mass and maybe add a tiny bit aswell

Newbie as in steroids or just gym in general?

If the latter then don't roid just yet lol, you could have amazing muscle building genetics

But the difference between natty lifting and lifting with steroids are pretty massive

The only "SARM" that would aid in weightloss would be Cardarine, but it technically isn't a SARM since it doesnt touch hormones, i used it for a while for its cardio boosts and it was pretty fucking great, i have asthma and i easily outran my friends.

i’m at 16 or 17% body fat but hardly any muscle i think at this point i just need to hit the gym and start eating normally, build muscle whilst getting lean before i die of malnutrition

i don’t wanna be big tbh i just want to look like a normal weight or skinny but with muscle instead of skinny fat. but i wanna get results as quick as i can i’ll look into ostarine

Fucking mirin that you have hollow cheeks at that bf% level.
i cant get them since my jaw is legit the widest part of my face.

but dont touch the other sarms, except for something like GW/Cardarine (which isnt technically a sarm) if you dont care about being big

Dont lack on diet tho since it uses fat instead of glycon as fuel on it i ate way more carbs whilst on it and i became noticeably more "puffier" on it.

You still need to run etc, Cardarine doesnt do alot gym wise but is INSANE for cardiovascular performance

yeye i’m gonna focus a lot on cardio since i need to help my shitty heart gain some strength

i’ll switch to dairy diet and fat and protein maxx when i start going gym

but than again carb bloat etc depends from person to person,
potassium magnesium etc also matters.
and the same goes for dairy some people get bloated by it others dont

nah i get noticeable carb bloat not much on dairy i’ve been doing some experiments

is potassium like potassium salt balance

but what is magnesium doing for bloat? do u take like supplements for it or something

magnesium citrate pulls water into stool. be careful tho that you dont piss out of your ass for 1 week straight like i did.

5-6g of potassium a day is ideal, potassium should be 2.25 to 3x as high as sodium intake

and i just eat foods with it like peanut butter, bananas, dark chocolate (not the tasty sugary shit, the bitter 95% one)
