How much relaxed, confident walk improves man's SMV?

There's a big difference between an autistic, robotic, insecure walk and a confident, relaxed, swinging shoulders walk. I suppose a man's shoulders swinging is the same in women's eyes as girls' asses going side to side when they are horny is in men's eyes.

I definitely think that women check me out more when I walk confidently. Anyone else noticed this?

Yeah yeah, looks matter the most, but you should probably improve your walk if you don't have a confident, sexy walk.

been doing it since i was like 10 my neck and back is just adjusted to that position
i mainly look up with my eyeball to navigate, sometimes i lift my head up for a second if its necessary
