How much Reta and GHKCU should i take in order to see significant results?

I have been thinking about buying and using Reta and GHKCU but I was wondering how much I actually need to see significant results.

titrate 1mg a week it isnt that strong, 3mg was prob to much for me but I did it for a whileprob 2.5 would have been better but some dont respond till like 8mg but I never thought abt food on 3 and threw up if i ate to much

i agree but it depends on the person i know people who have thrown up and gotten sick on 1mg and can’t go any further but personally i cruised on 3-4 for a while and was fine
