It's completely different if you get a fracture vs a normal planned surgery, a fracture could mean you were in a horrible car accident and smashed the crap out of your face on the steering wheel or a window and caused a LF 2 fracture.

What you want is a LeFort osteotomy.

A retrospective chart review was performed for patients with blunt-mechanism midface fractures who had presented to an urban trauma center from 1998 to 2010.

don’t bother with lefort 2 jaw is law your maxilla is probably average and if it’s not you can just get a lefort 1. there’s really no reason to risk a lefort 2, and most surgeons won’t give it to you anyways. look into fillers. most people just need a genioplasty as well not full on jaw surgery. your bite has to be really fucked to warrant this usually.
