How much grams of salt do you guys personally stick to ? I try to eat at 2 grams or below and it works pretty well but is very hard if you try and eat a good amount of protein fats and carbs.

none unless its in cheese or unavoidable

I basically do what you do, as little as I can possibly but if I eat ham or some processed meat ready to cook I can't avoid it. I need to get the protein in.

The short answer is that there is a heated debate on this topic and nobody really knows, but "a lot" of salt might not actually be that bad for you.

I agree. There are too many sides to this coin. A lot of people might agree it bloats you but they might argue on how much of it bloats you. Some argue too little salt over a long period also bloats you. Some argue that bloating is inevitable and fine and just use diuretics or other forms of debloating to debloat in a day which is what I do when I inevitably bloat sometimes. I even have a thread about that.

if you workout then 2-3gs a day is good
