How much salt to not die but stay debloated

I need some salt but some days I drink so much water and no salt it feels like I’m gonna pass out. I need electrolytes in my body but can I just have potassium or is salt a necessity? Need advice thanks.
 
Just drink salt water in small increments (with like 1/8 teaspoon of salt) until you can function properly. As long as you have just enough salt to function to your needs you can still maintain low levels and stay debloated. If you can’t move around easily then your salt levels are too low. Also if you are consuming potassium like you say then you need even more sodium since your body has to maintain a consistent concentration ratio between the two. Because of your potassium consumption your body is unnecessarily pissing out necessary sodium.
