how much set's and rep's for maximum muscle growth ?

have been start going gym 1 day ago and heres current physique

im 5'7 without shoe's and 65kg in the middle of the day

depeds on the person how much volume you can tolerate.
sets per week
chest 12-20
back 14-24
biceps 12-18
triceps 10-14
 
80-100 working sets a week
 
More is better, i go to the gym following PPL split 6 days per week and stay there about 1-1.5 hrs per session, and ive experienced enough muscle growth from 3x10 sets/reps per exercise.

Dont workout legs since thick legs will make you look shorter
