How much should i be eating for bulk, best meals for it

im a skinny lightweight fuck rn i need the best cheap meals to bulk, i feel like even if i eat alot im not gaining enough.

just eat a lot (try eating smth every 2 hours even if it's just a snack) I gained 30 LBS in 4 months like thjis

Of fat he needs to eat mostly meat and animal based stuff to properly function and i assume he has low muscle and test due to β€œnaturally” being small due to poor diet and not being active

im skinny like you (not as much as before, went from 14bmi to 18bmi and now idk)
trust me, YOU ARE NOT eating enough
what i did was split calories across the day like breakfast i need _____ for snack 1 _______ for lunch _______ for snack 2 ______ for dinner ______

idk about that, ig sure, but for mean I just ate shit and lifted for a bit (gained mostly lean mass and only like 4 bf%) lol

yes, I was actually surprised lol, biceps went from 11.75 inches to 14.5 and no fat on my arms lol

Then u didnt do a major surplus lol others telling him to cram down as many calories with no nutritional value or protein he needs to grow muscle not fat so a slight surplus with alot of red meat milk organs etc JUST NUTRITIONAL FOODS

i just feel like im not eating the correct shit even though i try to eat as much as i can i dont notice any progress atall but ill try this schedule out

I did do a major fucking surplus nigga, at least about 4k-5k calories a day about 1.5x what I eat daily (sometimes even more) just ate till I couldn't anymore

yes i'm young(14) but I didn't grow or get taller during the bulk

i think im gonna eat as much meat as i can and yes i am quite smaller build wise compared to people around me, im not active enough.
