8-10 tons of gravel removed
~$1000 in fees/costs(buckets, renting truck, junkyard fee, more)
~$300-700 for labor?

$1000 to break even
Not sure what to charge for the labor aspect of it.

8-10 tons of gravel removed but you’re asking what to charge for labor, did you already do the work? why are you pricing after? kind of hard to calculate if the timeline isn’t clear.

if you’re still working this out, i’d say 200-400/day for labor. nobody’s touching that kind of work for less. assume 4 days at 400/day, that’s $1600. add your $1000 in fees, and you’re looking at $2600 total. anything lower and you’re ripping yourself off for breaking your back.

i run a roofing/windows company. we don’t do jobs like this normally, but we’ve done them before. and nobody wants to work this hard for less than it’s worth.
