How much should i expand my palate by?

Im 16. 17 in w few months. 37 ish mm palate. Is widen to 45-50 good? What do you guys recomend? Also grey question will this help my undereye support? I assume not nuch becuase its just widening my maxilla and wont have much impact on my infras.

50 too much get to 42-45 maybe
