how much should i expect to pay for genioplasty only in Europe?

I need a wider and taller chin, as well as slightly more projected forward.
Unfortunately I dont earn a lot and its hard saving up enough money.
Im from EU. Italy seems to have many great plastic surgeons, blackpilled too, with decent prices. What are your thoughts?

Width is the main thing i have to fix. I swear its almost impossible to find the best surgeon without being rich, I have to consult with 30 guys only for one to say he can widen the chin and actually be able to do it. I wouldnt be surprised if that is true, I had a similar experience before.

What about a custom chin implant?

Its important to note that my chin is fairly projected forward already and what I need more for forward growth is BSSO but it will take me years to save enough cash for both of these surgeries.

Chin implants as other implants look uncanny and you must remove them at a certain point
