how much should i let inverted pictures effect my mental health?

i can take a picture with good lighting and angle and look easily htn but i can do the opposite and look ltn. it’s so brutal is that how you actually look or should i not worry about it, i’m very asymetrical and the inverted pics give me anxiety because i know how subhuman i will look but you can’t fraud IRL makes me want to surgery max
