The surgery you want is probably roughly 15-25k, which if you are going to college you simply don't have the capital to afford it. Second of all, the recovery process will require you to sacrifice elements of your normal life (i.e you will have to take time out of work, explain to your friends and family why you got this surgery). You will get further building a solid social circle than any surgery
